Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or similar term into a search box powered by a third-party provider, that search is sent to the provider that runs the tool. Miami County Inmate Population does not keep its own stored log of those search terms. The provider may have its own privacy rules, fees, accounts, and retention practices.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we use the information in that message to read it, respond when appropriate, and manage the request. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless we are required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or a similar valid legal demand under Indiana or federal law.
